Involved in every step
S & K believes in homeownership and the pride that comes with it. That is why he is involved from the beginning to the end. He reviews what your needs are and discuss’s what can and can’t be done within your budget. Once there is a budget in place & plan style picked out, it goes to the drafting department. You will be able to approve the final plan with any options or upgrades. Then once that is complete the permits are submitted and the ground breaking begins. This can be done in one of our developments or on your own land.
Communication
The builder is part of the process everyday. He is on site and overseeing the whole process. If there is an issue he will address it up front and a solution agreeable to all parties will be discussed. Timeframes have always been realistic and regular communication has always been a high priority.
